vào run  : cmd

netsh winsock reset

khởi động lại 

create hosts  file in c:\windows\system32\driver\etc (if missing)

open run dialog:

restart computer

direct install ipa on ios6

cydia :add source : cydia.myrepospace.com/ilex

install package : ilex Ipa Installer
respring

copy  ipa files (use ifile ) to :/var/mobile/Media/general_storage

run ilexipa
